If you are unhappy with a decision made by your insurer, you can ask for your claim to be reviewed. Contact your claims manager or your insurer's customer relations team and let them know you would like to lodge a complaint.

If you are still not satisfied with the reasons provided by the insurance company or the loss assessor you can request our firm review your claim and provide you with legal advice. If we determine that your claim has been rejected all your claim has been settled for an amount less than you expected, we may advise you to make an application to the court to have the matter heard and determined
